To check your order status, use your Customer Number and your password. To establish or change your password, please contact Lori Smith at the lab. This report is updated at the top of each hour throughout the business day. Invoices are updated at the end of the day.
The report is listed in "Date In" sequence, with the most recent orders at the bottom of the page.
You may also track shipments on this report. Simply click "Tracking No." Click your browser's "Back" button to return to your Status Report.
